Now the question arises as to how can we approach this problem and deal with stress so that our younger generation stays safe and sound.

There are many ways to combat this vital threat such as guidance and advice, motivation and explanation, sightseeing and trekking, love and affection. Games strongly tame thoughts and stabilize emotions and imbue a sense of cooperation in adolescents, hence games constantly impose discipline. Parents need to empower and motivate them to play games. They should encourage and appreciate their participation in the games so that they do not engage in any type of crime and addiction. Drug abuse is one of the growing crimes that consumes and destroys the happy lives of teens and their parents. Strict and harsh driving is also harmful and harmful. The World Health Organization suggests that adolescents accumulate at least an hour of moderate to vigorous physical activity per day, which can include games, sports, as well as transport activity such as cycling, shopping and walking.

Globally, it is estimated that only 1 in 5 adolescents meet these guidelines. The prevalence of inactivity is high in all regions and higher among adolescent girls than among adolescents. Separate land for girls should be built in each village. Parents should take note of the harmful effects of inactivity on girls. It is because of this inactivity that their energy is not channeled properly as a result of many unethical influences taking root.
